At Chapter 2 Clothing, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
